I am so sorry I just happen to know About Philipe passing.I live in Connecticut because of Covid people are really not thinking clearly, I lost my cell phone back in January, Of course I lost everybody else’s number but Philip used to call me every now and then I haven’t heard from him for a while today I decided to research I know he lives in Florida but I never have an address until I have the bad news I am so sorry to hear that sorry for your loss he was a very very good person I have met him in 1982 From my company , I left Haiti 1987 haven’t heard from Philip haven’t seen Philip. In 2016 as I was at the airport coming to Connecticut he was going to Florida and I saw Philip it was so nice seeing him again ,  Very kind very nice  he  was such a nice man. Always talking about his daughter Betty I think her name is.  I am so sorry not to know about it but it’s not too late to say I’m sorry guys for your loss
