I was deeply saddened when I heard the news that Patrick had passed away.
Although we had lost touch over the years, I have many fond memories of the times we worked together at Eastern, System One and Amadeus.
A nice human being who did not deserve what he had to endure.
May God have you in all his Glory!

I first met Pat at Eastern Airlines in Woodbridge Reservations in 1978. We became close friends over the years and we both moved from Jersey to Miami in 1982. We also worked at Miami Intl Airport till 1987. We then worked for System One/ Amadeus till 2005. He was a great buddy to hang out with. I never met a guy who loved sports as much as him. We went to college basketball and football games along with NBA, NHL and NFL games over the years and my fond memories of him I will treasure forever. Mr D you were a true warrior and I admire your strength and courage
you displayed over the years with your illness. May you rest in peace sir! Sincerest thoughts and prayers to all your family. There won’t be a goodbye. Just “Later gator”. 🐊Your dear friend Mr T.👊

We were not the closest of friends, but my memories of you will always be of a caring and sweet man. I know you are at peace now after such a long, difficult struggle. Until we meet again...

RIP my friend. My fondest memories of working at System One will always include Pat. He was always so excited to discuss college basketball season each year. So thoughtful too, always checking in to see how the family was doing. Rest now Pat, you so deserve it.

RIP, my dearest friend. We have been friends for over 40 years first Eastern Res, System One and Amadeus. I loved knowing I was considered to be one of the guys. I’m so very sorry for all your pain and suffering but you really tried to make this transplant work. I am so happy I was blessed to talk to you a few weeks ago for a few minutes. You will always be in my heart and I’ll see you on the other side..Always with love.. 💕🥰💕

I still remember you Uncle Del Vecchio, I think that you are the oldest patient to have intestine Transplant, and that's because you are strong and you fight your battle to the end.
