

Saint-eloi and Leveque Saint-eloi in Port au Prince, Haiti. After Paulette graduated from Canado International School in 1983, she came to America with her parents & siblings, and then went on to study Business Administration at Miami-Dade College.
After graduating with a degree in business, she started her first company as a restaurant owner , kickstarting a 4 year career in hospitality and restraint management.
In 1987, Paulette met Weber Jean at her restaurant and fell in love.
Paulette & Weber went on to have 2 children, Nicole & Yole Jean.
In 2011, Paulette went back to school to study Nursing. Upon completion, she worked as an LPN for a few years, then retired
and spent the remainder of her time with her kids, battling cancer.
She went into remission in 2021, however, the cancer reappeared in 2023 and she, unfortunately, lost her battle in 2024.
Paulette Saint-eloi went on to be with the lord at her home residence in Miami, FL on February 11th, 2024. She was
predeceased by her loving husband, Weber Jean, and left to
mourn her passing are her devoted children, Nicole Jean & Yole Jean, parents, Leveque Sainteloi & Anite Sainteloi, sisters, Lydia
Francois, Maryse Jeanpierre, & Ingrid Jean-Mondesir, brothers,
Spencer Saint-eloi, Jeanmarie Jeanpierre, & Frantz Saint-Eloi, nieces/nephews, Stanley, Anastaisa, Spenica, Soraya, Spencer, &
Sebastian Saint-Eloi, Frantz Jr., Cleanne , Sandra, Frances, Marie,
Shayla, Ryancy, & Peterson Saint-Eloi, Samantha, Cassandra, & Maritsa Jean-Pierre, Micah & Gabby Jean-Mondesir, Adyn Belneau and Amora Hannah, relatives, and close friends.
