I had the pleasure of training alongside ET (as we called him) during our time at the Miami Dade Fire Academy. ET was the underdogs underdog. Everything stacked against him and he always came out on top. To his Daughter, this is your uncle mike. Your father was one of the bravest firefighters I’ve ever met. He had a heart too big for this world. ET would hear somebody needed something and ET always reacted. He loved helping people. He loved defending people. No matter the issue no matter how steep the mountain , you were never alone when ET was near. He was always first to get the job done. Back in 2009, When we were in the fire academy..one clumsy morning I forgot my socks. Don’t seem like a big deal but I promise you my brother ET is smiling right now. Well on that day we were running a couple miles. He heard I needed socks, he didn’t say anything he just got in his car..and when he got back to class he was 5 seconds late. The instructors all jumped on him and told him to drop and start pushing..that he was going to run the track for being late.. ET did, but as he got down for push-ups he slid the bag over to me with the fresh socks..I looked at him and said “Damn E!” He smiled and said “hurry up and put that shit on cause your running with me “
Stephan Etienne, your Daddy, is TEN FEET TALL.

Met Steph in EMT back in 2016 I think and we've been cool ever since, he reminded me that not everyone is gonna like me and that's okay. So I will never forget my brother.
