Passed away on August 30, 2021 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida at the age of 78. Barbara was born on October 7, 1942 in Mobile, Alabama to Raymond Nobles and Florence Westmark-Nobles. She married her husband Kevin A. Regan, Sr. on December 28, 1985. Barbara worked as a legal secretary and judicial assistant for Judge Nelson Bailey. She enjoyed gardening, cats, and traveling.
Barbara will be greatly missed by her husband Kevin A. Regan, Sr., her children James Draughon and Kevin Draughon, Kevin Regan, Jr and Courtney Bushnell, grandchildren Hyden Draughon, Olivia Draughon, Alex Bushnell, Caroline Bushnell, and Tallulah Regan. Also survived by her sister Gwen Mendez. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
