

89, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, was called home by the Lord on Friday, March 19, 2021. She was born August 24, 1931, the daughter of the late Emmett George and Corinne Kindler Eisele in Huntington, Indiana.
Carolyn graduated from Statesville Senior High School in Statesville, NC in 1949. She married Floyd M. “Buddy” Brawley on November 27, 1958, in Statesville, North Carolina. She attained her Bachelor’s degree in Education at East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC.
She attended St. Clare Catholic Church until the founding of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and worshipped at St. Clare Catholic Church for the past 30 years of her life. She and Buddy were loving foster parents to ten children in the 1960s, prior to adopting their chosen one, Tina, their eleventh foster child. Carolyn was a teacher in both North Carolina and Florida. She retired from the North Palm Beach Private School (The Benjamin School) in 1995. Carolyn enjoyed substituting and volunteering at Palm Beach Gardens Elementary School after her retirement.
Carolyn was a faithful servant of the Lord, and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family. She was predeceased in 2000, by Buddy, her husband of 42 years. She is survived by daughters Tamara A. Wagner (Roger) of Palm Bay, FL and Tina M. Sparks (the late Bryan Dahl) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; and a son, Thomas E. Brawley (Nicki) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
She loved her brothers and sisters, the late Barbara Blood (the late Don Blood), Dodie Sink (the late Joe Sink), the late Phyllis Smith (the late Gene Smith), the late David Eisele (Amy), the late Doug Eisele (Sally), Pete Eisele (Loretta), John Eisele, Jim Eisele (the late Becky), Alan Eisele (Bonita) and Pris Kimel (the late Michael Kimel).
She loved spending time with her grandsons Andrew Brawley (Tabitha), Kristofer Wagner (Sarah), Jonathan Wagner, Nathaniel Wagner, Baylen Sparks, Alexander Brawley, and granddaughter, Rebekah Brawley. She was also blessed by great-grandchildren AJ Brawley, Emma Brawley, Eliza Wagner and Bennet Wagner.
The family will be holding a private family Mass of the Requiem at St Clare Catholic Church, with Father William D. O’Shea presiding.
In her loving memory, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St Clare Catholic School, 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida.
Although unable to spend this time with Carolyn’s many neighbors, friends and those she touched through the years, the family thanks you for the many kind words, thoughts and prayers at this time.
