McCoy, Elizabeth Rivera Duffey, of North Palm Beach, passed away in Hospice on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Mrs. McCoy was a native of Coamo, Puerto Rico, and the widow of James Edward McCoy, III, of North Palm Beach. She was a communications specialist in the United States Air Force, and served at duty stations throughout the world before retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. Friends may call Thursday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home in North Palm Beach where a memorial service will be held. Mrs. McCoy will be laid to rest with military honors at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth at 1:45pm on Friday.
