

Age 101, of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 18, 2011. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on June 11, 1910 and worked for the N.Y.C. Transit Authority as an electrician and was licensed in Brooklyn, Queens and N.Y.C. Frank has been a resident of the Palm Beach County since the early 1970’s when he moved here with his wife Millie from Brooklyn, N.Y.
His greatest pride was riding with the Sheriffs’ Citizens Patrol, in his community of Cypress Lakes, before recently moving to Palm Beach Gardens. He was active in the Christian Club, Knights of Columbus and the New York City Transit Authority Retirees of Florida.
Frank touched our lives so deeply that a part of us is still with him and he will forever remain in our hearts. He will be truly missed and loved by all who knew him.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 66 years, Millie. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving family to include his daughter, Nancy Maione-Ryce (Ed); sons, Frank (Pat) and John (Jeanette) 9 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm -9:00pm at Howard-Price Funeral Home, 754 U.S. Highway One, North Palm Beach FL 33408. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 13591 Prosperity Farms Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 with entombment to follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach FL 33407.
