She was a loving person, who cared so much about others. She volunteered at the VA hospital for many years. Gloria was a lifetime member of the Women of the Moose since March 28, 1976, where she held many chairs, including star recorder, and was on the original ritual team.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; her daughter, Gina Baize; and sisters Alvera Smart, Antoinette Ouimet, and Patricia Perrotti. She is survived by her grandson, Jason Baize; her brother, Mario (Amy) Bengala, and many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 754 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 19 1:00 pm at St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Tequesta, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
