He had his own table at his beloved restaurant, Giovanni’s, where he was greeted as a special guest. Known for his strength and perseverance, he was a valuable employee at E & F, and was called “911” for solving the most difficult situations. Even as a gas station attendant after his retirement, which he referred to as a “petroleum transfer engineer”, he had customers who would wait for him to service them, and was often given tips for his service and advice on life.
Gordon lived with intention and purpose until the last day he was alive and peacefully passed from this life to his place in Heaven. May he rest in peace, may his memory be eternal.
