Juliette was born to the late Joseph and Benadette (Lacroix) Clement in Manchester, NH on October 24, 1913. Juliette, a native of New Hampshire, married Jean Lamey, a former Police Commissioner and owner of Lamey Heating/Air Conditioning and Sheet Metal Works where Juliette was the office manager. They were both parishioners of Sacred Heart and St. Raphael Parishes and members of the Manchester Country Club. After the passing of Jean, Juliette later married Albert Hamel of Manchester, NH and they moved to Florida in the early 80’s.
Juliette is predeceased by her husbands who she loved dearly, Jean Lamey (1975), and Albert Hamel (1994), and her two sisters, Lillian Clement Hamel (2005) and Yvette Clement McMahon (2013). She is survived by her two sons, Paul Lamey and his wife Patricia, Robert Lamey and his wife Cindy, her grandchildren, Judy Lamey, Michele Eassa and her husband Steve, Ryan Lamey, and her great-grandson, Jacob Eassa.
Juliette was quick to remind you that her long and healthy life was attributed to having a glass of milk every day. She enjoyed swimming in the pool, daily exercise sessions, and a glass of champagne in the evenings. Juliette was greatly committed to her family, and she loved watching her great-grandson, Jacob, play sports. Her beauty, grace, and sophistication will always be remembered.
Juliette was a devout Roman Catholic who took comfort in knowing that she would be reunited in Heaven with loved ones who predeceased her.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anslem College Abbey Church, Manchester, NH on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Committal prayers will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
