Lauren graduated from Orange High School and went on to get her bachelor's degree in nursing. She married Joseph Kirby III on March 20,1992 and together they shared 30 years of marriage. She worked as a nurse in many different fields and capacities, such as in the ER, OR and Psychiatric for several different hospitals around the country including JFK Medical Center and the V.A Hospital in Palm Beach County. Lauren was always a very selfless person, dedicating her time mostly to helping and taking care of her friends and family. In her free time she enjoyed photography, interior decorating/renovation, and riding motorcycles.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Kirby; her son, Brandon Kirby; her sister, Karen Bohn, as well as three step-children, Joey, Scott, and Jennifer Kirby.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 754 U.S. Highway One, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408.
