Age 88, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away on September 6, 2021. He was born in New York City on March 25, 1933.
Lee graduated from UCONN and Trinity College, where he received his Associate’s Degree from Trinity College. Lee married the love of his life, Myrna S. Hammersley on May 24, 1962. He had a career in Insurance working for USFG. He had a passion and love for baseball, golf, and football. He loved the NY Mets, NY Giants and supportive friends.
Lee will be greatly missed by his loving wife Myrna, his children Clarke Hammersley, Susan McGuire and Cindy Hammersley; grandchildren Shannon McGuire, Shane McGuire, Jessie Dauphinais, Lilly Hammersley, Eric Telesco, Katie Dauphinais, and Dory Hammersley-Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his brother William (Chips) Hammersley.
