Age 98, of Tequesta, Fl., passed away on March 16, 2013. Lena was born on January 5, 1915 in Brooklyn, New York, to parents Frank and Mary Compiani. She is survived by sons, Ronald(Vilma) and John; daughter-in-law, Barbara; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Lena will be remembered as a caring, loving mother, who always put other’s interest first.
A Memorial Mass will be held in the chapel at St. Patrick Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 10:00am. Lena will be interred, by her husband, John at Calvary Cemetery in Queens, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations, in her memory, to the Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, Fl 33407.
