

Marie Audrey MacQueen, a resident of North Palm Beach, passed away on October 22, 2014. Marie was born on April 5, 1930 in the Bronx, New York. She was the daughter of Daniel and Helen (Fox) Menzer. Marie is survived by eight children, Susan King and husband Jon, Karen Osenbaugh and husband John, William MacQueen and wife Kathy, Richard MacQueen and wife Trish, Arthur MacQueen, Jane Bollinger and husband Jack, Daniel MacQueen and wife Coleen, Robert MacQueen and wife Missy; a sister, Diane Danguard of Port St. Lucie, 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, two nephews and two nieces. Marie is predeceased by her parents; her husband of 62 years, Norman C. "Mac" MacQueen; daughter, Linda Lauer and son, Steven. Having had 10 children, Marie had a special love for each one of her children.
Marie enjoyed their RV Camping and belonged to Palm Beach Winnies Camping Club for about 20 years, as well as The Florida State Hobos Camping Club. Marie was an avid bowler in her earlier years.
"The Celebration of Life" will be 5:00PM Wednesday, October 29 at Saint Marks Episcopal Church, 3395 Burns Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Officiated by The Rev James B. Cook. Special thanks to her doctors, Dr. Dennis Egitto, Dr. Richard Price and the Hospice staff at Palm Beach Gardens Regional Center.
