Mary Galbraith Testa, 62 years old, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April20, 2019. Born in West Palm Beach, Mary was a graduate of Palm Beach Public and then Cardinal Newman High School, Class of 1974. She attended Palm Beach State College and got her Bachelor Degree from Florida Southern College. Throughout her life, she was a multi-sport enthusiast, which included swimming , tennis and horseback riding. She was a gifted artist and was a best friend to everyone. Mary was a dedicated walker and as a mother, she was the ultimate team mom, supporting her children in all their athletic endeavors. She was an integral part of Palm Beach Gardens High School for the past 22 years and in recent years, she was the loving caregiver to her 91 year old mother.
Mary was a devoted mother to her four children, Lindsay, Casey, Sam and Ricky. She is also survived by her mother, Bettye; two siblings, Genevieve Karmeris (husband, Paul) and Edward Galbraith; her aunts, Janice Galbraith, and Mary Louise Davis along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis, and her brother, Andrew.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Palm Beach Gardens High School Auditorium, 4245 Holly Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Please honor Mary by wearing bright colors to her celebration.
