Mary Margaret Van Zonneveld

"Margie" 84 years old, of North Palm Beach, Fl passed away on Thursday morning, August 22, peacefully in her sleep. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to West Palm Beach residents, Harry and Elizabeth Aufderheide, on September 14th 1928. She was the 2nd of 5 children and grew up in West Palm Beach, where she graduated from St. Ann's School in 1946. She spent 1 year in Chicago, Il, but couldn't take the gray sky of winter and returned home to West Palm, where she eventually met Rudolf Van Zonneveld. Rudy and Margie were married on July 19, 1958.

Margie is survived by daughter Lisa Sullivan and her husband John; sons Clark and Gary Van Zonneveld; grandchildren Ryan, Scott and Theresa Sullivan, sisters Elizabeth Jane Neher, Arlene Deas and her brother Harry Aufderheide. Margie was preceeded in death by her husband, Rudolf Van Zonneveld, and her sister Sr. Jean Kevin Aufderheide. Margie was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend. She was most happy spending time with family, friends and neighbors. Evenings on her driveway, nights on the patio, or card games in the house, family and friends always found a warm welcome with her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM with a Scripture Service starting at 7:30PM at Howard-Price Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL
