Mary Martha "Marti" Ziegler, 62, of The Villages, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014. She was born in Covington, KY, on October 2, 1951, graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University and a Masters from Nova Southeastern University. She was a self-employed CPA, long-time employee of Palm Beach Media Group and an instructor of Accounting at Rasmussen and Webster Universities. She was adventurous, loved the outdoors and loved to travel.
Marti was receded in death by parents Joseph and Martha Ziegler and her sister Jane. She is survived by sisters Anne (Jim) Yearwood, Marilyn Wahl, Roberta (Roy) Miranda and brothers Hank (Van) Ziegler and Richard (Sharon) Ziegler, and was an important part of the lives of her 14 nieces and nephews as well as her 22 great-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved dog CJ. Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in her name.
