Tom was born in Bayridge, New York on April 5, 1931 and passed away on September 28, 2019 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, at the age of 88. He was married to Susan Watson on December 21, 1963 and was married for 55 years.
Tom graduated from Florida State University and continued on to receive a master’s degree from the University of Alabama. He worked for Palm Beach County Schools as a High School educator for 40 years. Tom enjoyed flying in the Civil Air Patrol, reading, golf, and camping trips to the mountains with his family. He was involved in the Free Masons where he was a Worshipful Master and was an active member of the St. Marks Episcopal Church in Palm Beach Gardens.
Tom is survived by wife Susan Watson, his children TJ Watson of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Richard Watson and spouse Trisha Watson of Dexter, MO.

Great-grandchildren: Brintley Head, Amelia Parker, Saylor Parker

Proceeded in death by his father and mother, Tom and Alice Halloran, and his sister Elizabeth “Betty” Schmidt.
