

Ugo Volpi passed away on April 28, 2016. Born in 1928 in New York City to Olinda and Antonio Volpi, he graduated from City College of New York with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He started his career with Boeing in Seattle developing jet engines. There, he met the love of his life, June, with whom he has been married nearly 64 years. After living in New Jersey and Ohio, they settled in Palm Beach County with their growing family in 1960 where Ugo worked for Pratt and Whitney. Ugo's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be his own boss eventually led him to form Dynamic Business Services, Inc., which owned and operated Goodway Printing Centers in addition to some real estate holdings. Surviving besides his wife are three children, Linda (Chuck), Kathleen, and Robert; five grandchildren, Lisa (Seth), Anna, Scott, Christopher and Matthew; two great-grandchildren, James and Beatrice; his brother, Mario (Nancy); brother-in-law, Bill (Louise); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Julie, and his daughter, Barbara. Family was very important to him and his presence in the family will be missed. A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home in North Palm Beach. A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 9:30AM on Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, North Palm Beach.
