So sad to hear. Bill was my manager at Citi (Travelers Checks), and I succeeded him as head of international. When I was head of Asia Pacific and Bill flew out for our first tour together, we met in Jakarta. Bill was very much a meat and potatoes  man and could barely contain myself when, at our first bankers luncheon.he was served fish, head attached, and gigantic eyeball staring up at him. "Do I have to eat this?" he whispered. "Of course I replied. You're the guest of honor!" It went downhill from there...pigeon heads, and a variety of other delights. I'm not sure he ever forgave me. All around good guy

I am in total shock !
Bill was my very good friend for 20 years and always, always had a smile on his face . He had the kindest heart and was wonderful to anyone he ever knew. He was a friend that would always be there for you. 
My Sympathy to all his friends . 
He will be missed
