Avery Sakundiak passed away suddenly on April 8, 2022 at the young age of two. Avery will be lovingly remembered forever and always by his daddy (Carson), his mama (Emily), and his little sister Aleigha; grandparents Richard, Carmen, Dany and Patricia; Aunties & Uncles Nicole (Jesse), Kristin (Andre), Derrick (Anna), Bradley (Ashley), Taylor, Tammy, Nick, Alex, and Dominique; cousins Mason, Jaxon, and Wendy; and great grandparents Rosetta, Ed, Gail, Emelien and Marielle. Avery’s funeral will be held at 1505 Lillooet Rd, North Vancouver, BC on April 15, 2022 at 10:30 am and will be available via livestream.
