Carole Ann was born in Brandon, Manitoba and raised in Calgary, Alberta but eventually moved to British Columbia where she lived the last 50 years. Carole Ann met and married George Hagar Benson and had two children together, Tracey Ann and William Norman Benson. She was an amazing mom with a generous heart. Eventually she had a lasting loving relationship of 40years with Larry Vardy who preceded her death in July 2023.
Carole Ann was a caring daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, devoted to loving and supporting her family and friends. She is survived by her children Tracey Ann and Bill Benson, her daughter in-law Sandra Benson, her grandchildren Bowen and Maya Benson, and step grandchildren Nayimah and Tarryk Lewis.
In times of need and support Carole Ann would always be there. She loved her White Spot family, Avon and work companions and cherished her time with each one of them. She had many career paths throughout her life and worked hard at whatever she committed to doing.
She will be very much missed by her friends and family.
