My wife Monica and I have great memories of you Francis;around 1986 you visited us in our new house in Brixham and later you and George came over and met with us and my brother Alan.After my Aunt Roma told us all about our Vancouver cousins,I was determined to visit with my wife and children Scott&Kirsty.You and Gwen had us to stay on your lovely farm,making us so welcome!You and George kindly took us to Vancouver Island where we met with Ellen,Harry,Doug&Agnes and a great gathering of the younger ones:this was to be one of the greatest memories of our life and we shall cherish your invitation to meet back in 1996 and hope to revisit ere long.As my father Frank would end his epistles may I finish with ‘yours aye Francis’

We were very sorry to hear of Frank's passing.  We remember when Gwen brought Frank to Oshawa in 1971 to introduce him to her family.  We also remember our visits and our children's visits to Frank and Gwen's farm and their place in West Vancouver and more recently our visits to Crescent Beach.   Frank and Gwen were both amazing and successful people who shared very similar childhoods.   Our sympathy to Frank's family and may he and Gwen rest in peace together. A tribute to Francis.
It was an honour to know you Francis. Even though some of your cousins live in the UK and further afield, we all knew you and you were a legend!!
It was wonderful to meet you and Gwen and all the other cousins in 1986 - the year of the Expo! You then came over to the UK a number of times and it was great to meet you then too.
Thinking about your life today - we will all miss you. 
Also thinking about your close family, especially Ellen, and friends today, who will be near you to say goodbye and celebrate your life.
