Pina, you were my guide and mentor as I entered the working world of the Medical Office Assistant. Under your guidance, I learned so much.  The world has lost a wonderful person with your passing. Always good natured, down to earth and practical, and totally accepting of all others, regardless of their little quirks! 

My very sincere condolences go to all those you left behind, especially to Ron, who loved you so much, (and yes, I saw you gazing at him like a a besotted teenager when you were with him) to your lovely daughters, Laura and Kathleen, to your grandchildren, and of course to all the other very special people in your life that I never met in person, but heard you talk about with such obvious love.

I was so sorry to see this sad news...I have been a patient of Dr Mike Marshall's for over 25 years.  During that time Pina became a part of that remarkable team and I watched her bravely go through her journey with a smile on her face and positive energy shared. Pina has always been an inspiration to me, her competence at work and her loyalty as a friend were special but it was her strength in her battle these last few years that really amazed me. Her courage was so humblng. May you take comfort in your many happy memories of her as a wife, mother and grandmother.

She was an outstanding, positive person, and will be in our thoughts.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.  Growing up together we shared many good times together with our families.  You were like the sister I never had. I will always remember your smile, bright eyes and laughter.

You waged a valiant battle with cancer, were stoic to the end.  Rest now in peace my friend.
