OBITUARY
Glenda Lee Giampa
October 11, 1948 – January 14, 2023

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Glenda Lee Giampa (nee: Hartwig) who passed away in North Vancouver January 14, 2023.
Glenda was born on October 11, 1948 in Burnaby BC to parents Arlie and Esther Hartwig. She is predeceased by both her parents and sister Veronica Pistilli.
She is survived by her loving husband of Forty years; Richard Giampa and her two loving sons, Gerry (Girlie), Darin (Gina) and her seven grandchildren Taylor (Daniela), Troy (Brooke), Travis (Krista), Makayla, Bella, Sierra, and Tyson.
Glenda lived for her family and always attended every sporting event of her sons and grandchildren, be it hockey, baseball, soccer, football or softball she was always there cheering them on.
Her younger years consisted of many nights of bowling. In 2008 she was inducted into the Fraser Valley Bowling Hall of Fame. No wonder she was so good at the family bocce tournaments at their home away from home at Black Mountain Ranch. Glenda loved nothing more than being at the Ranch around the campfire with her family. Glenda loved to cruise, and loved going to Reno or Vegas. She loved going to the casino. She also enjoyed doing arts and crafts, baking and canning and hosting get-togethers.
She devoted 43 years of employment to Caldwell Industries.

A Funeral will be held Friday February 3, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Boal Chapel in North Vancouver.
