Glenn Allan Fenwick Smith passed away March 16, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Brock Fahrni after many years of living with Parkinson’s Disease. Born on September 23,1942 he was a native of Vancouver and a keen and knowledgeable lover of all things Maritime. Glenn was a member of the World Ship Society, Vancouver Branch for over 25 years and served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Branch and as the Treasurer. He was also part of the International Board of Directors of the World Ship Society based in London, England. Glenn was a long time volunteer at the Vancouver Maritime Museum cataloguing photographic images and began the establishment of a computer system to record those images. Prior to ill health he was a world traveller and happy gardener.
Predeceased by his mother Avis and father Wilf, he is survived by his cousin Lynn and her children Graham and Mary.
