Passed away February 24, 2017 at the age of 77. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Tessa and his brother Martin (Lynne). A dear friend of Bill W’s, Howie enjoyed many additional friendships over a number of years. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at First Memorial Boal Chapel 1505 Lillooet Road North Vancouver, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
