(Beverly) Joanne Van Antwerp was born in Vancouver, BC and spent many years swimming, sailing, skiing and making friends.
In addition to Vancouver, Joanne also called Alta, Utah and South Lake Tahoe, California home for a period of time.
She is survived by her daughter Dawn Hanna and grandson Sammy Hanna, son Sky Shanna and grandson Alijah-Christopher Teece, as well as many dear friends.
We hope that she is now enjoying happy hour and renewing acquaintance with many friends and family whose company she has missed over the years.
There will be no service, but we believe Joanne would appreciate it if you raised a glass of white wine in her memory.
