Joyce Butler (1931, October 31st sunrise - May 23rd 2023 sunset), pre-deceased by her husband of 55 years David (Bud) Butler, Joyce was a proud mother of Tara M. Cherry of Vancouver B.C, and Michael (Janet) Butler of Mississauga Ontario. Her five grandchildren whom she dearly loved were Heath (Dallas), Sean, Brendan, Blake and Adrienne. Her great grandson Nate also brought her great joy, love and laughter.
A tremendous amount of time and energy was spent volunteering, as she was a loving and generous person who enjoyed life to the fullest. Golf, walking and travelling kept her very active.
She well be sadly missed by her family including sisters, nieces, and nephews as well as her many friends.
Joyce was a long time proud member of Qualicum Rotary Club, Legion Branch 76, and Qualicum Senior Centre.
Her faith in God and family life gave her strength.
