We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother and sister Judy. She passed away at the LGH North Shore Hospice at the age of 78 as a result of a tragic fall.
Judy was a long-term resident of North Vancouver, arriving from Saskatoon in the mid 1960s, always claiming she lived here in ”God’s Country”.
The majority of her working life was spent at the District of North Vancouver (1975-2008), where she developed many of her friendships.
Judy is survived by her son James (Jimmy), her son Jeff, his wife Jana and their children Kessler & Gracey, her sister Janice Krallisch and brother-in-law Sven.
Judy’s memory will live on in our hearts and minds and of those who knew and loved her. We already miss her terribly and are grateful for the time we had together.
It was Judy’s wish to be cremated, but not to hold a funeral or memorial service for her.
Her ashes will be buried in the family plot at Woodlawn Cemetery in her hometown of Saskatoon.
