Ken, born in Edmonton, AB, was a man who lived a life full of passion and compassion. He was adopted by Gladys and Aaron Eidse. From a young age, he developed an unwavering love for autobody, honing his skills in his father's auto body shop. A dedicated craftsman, he took pride in his work and always had a smile on his face as he pursued his lifelong passion.
Though he resided in Vancouver, BC, Ken's heart was always drawn to Mexico, where he dreamt of moving and opening an auto body shop with his dear friend Danny. His adventurous spirit and dreams of new beginnings were an inspiration to all who knew him.
Ken was a beloved father to his daughter Allyssa, and a cherished brother to Mike, Sharon, and Sylvia. His family meant the world to him, and his love and support knew no bounds. Sadly, he was preceded in death by both his parents, his sister Olive and brother Allen, but their memories lived on in his heart.
He lived by the mantra "you are only as old as you feel," embracing each day with youthful enthusiasm and a positive outlook on life. Ken's heart was always open, and he wore his emotions proudly on his sleeve. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on the lives of many, making the world a better place through his acts of compassion.
Above all, Ken adored his grandchildren, Noël and Roman, and cherished every moment spent with them. They brought immeasurable joy to his life, and his love for them knew no bounds.
As we bid farewell to Ken, we remember the smile that lit up a room, the warmth of his heart, and the incredible legacy of love and kindness he leaves behind. Though he will be deeply missed by many, his memory will never fade, and his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
May he rest in peace, knowing that he made a profound difference in the lives of so many, and his memory will be cherished for generations to come.
