It has been years since I last saw Kerry, yet I have many memories together that could take me back like it was yesterday. I am deeply saddened to hear about his passing.
I met Kerry when we worked together at Earls. His outgoing personality, his contagious and often cheeky smile and his ability to always make people laugh, won me over. 
I had the chance to experience and share together some of Kerry's  favorite things. One being travel. By plane, ferry, or car, we made our way down the California coast to Disneyland, as well as Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. Even just our weekend trips to Victoria were always well planned by him and filled with laughter and many pictures as he loved his camera. He always had it ready to capture the moment. He had a beautiful eye for photography and we often framed his favorite shots.
Kerry was always busy. True he loved watching sports, but he was active in many as well. He loved hiking, he was a great ball hockey goalie and loved playing soccer. Not surprised to hear he continued to love playing bocce. It was best to pick him as your partner as he often won!
Kerry was a hard worker and well respected in his leadership role at Earls. He was a loyal friend, and a loving person. I feel lucky to have shared the time I did with him. 
To Dr. Hayward, Mrs. Hayward and Mike, I am so sorry to hear this news. I know much time has passed, but I would love to connect. I have so many happy pictures of Kerry I would love to share with you. Feel free to contact me anytime.
