1922 -2017
The family of Margaret Louise ‘Peggy’ Cowley (nee Graham) of West Vancouver, sadly announces her passing on August 2, 2017 at Evergreen House in North Vancouver.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband Gordon, to whom she was married for sixty-nine years, her three sons Michael (Joan), Graham (Nancy), and David (Leigh), grandchildren Chris, Page, Dan, and Lyndsay, Six great grandchildren, her sister Mary Agnew, in-laws Robert and Eileen Alexander and several nieces and nephews.
Peggy was born in Vancouver on September 15, 1922. She graduated from Lord Byng High School and in her youth was an avid tennis player. In later years Peggy enjoyed curling, golf, extensive world travel opportunities, winter golfing holidays in Palm Desert and beach vacation’s to Maui. Peggy and Gordon raised their three sons in North Vancouver before moving to West Vancouver.
Peggy will be greatly missed by all her family and life-long friends. The family wishes to acknowledge the care and compassion provided to Peggy by the staff of One North, Evergreen House.
By her request, there will be no service.
