Margaret Greaves passed away in her sleep during the morning of the last day of 2025 while tucked into bed at her daughter's home. She had spent the week of Christmas visiting with family and more family members were on the way to see her when she took her last breath. She was 95 years old.
Margaret was community-minded, resilient and kind. She was a supportive parent, generous mother-in-law and good friend.
Margaret cared deeply about her beloved family in England as well as her two children, Russ (Deborah) andKim (Hal). She was happy to have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She cherished the memory of her husband of fifty years, Glen.
Margaret lived long and well in a home and village she loved.
Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Red Cross would be appreciated.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm at First Memorial Funeral Services, Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Celebration of Life will be live streamed for remote guests which may be found with Margaret's name www.funeraweb.tv close to the date of the event.
