I was fortunate to work beside Mark in Edinburgh many years ago, he was a great person, easy to get on with and a pleasure to work with.  I was saddened to hear the news and my thoughts are with Alicia and all the family.

Mark's loss is felt by his many colleagues and friends in our Toronto office.   I had the great pleasure of sharing a ski weekend with Mark at Whistler.  His zeal for the outdoors and the British Columbia wilderness was infectious.  I will also remember Mark as a great conversationalist who always had a witty and dry anecdote at the other end of the phone line.   He is missed.  My thoughts are with his family.

I had the pleasure of working beside Mark for a period of some 5 years in Edinburgh.  As well as work we spent time socially and have fond memories of these times. I am very saddened by this news and would like to pass my sincere condolences to Alicia and his family.

Alicia, Mark was a terrific colleague in Edinburgh and it was a privilege to work with him as he developed his career, seeing him grow in his relationship and marriage to you and your subsequent move to Canada - all part of the master plan and dream that he shared with me.  I have fond memories of hearing his exploits with his fishing rod.  Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you all as a family.

Mark was a consummate professional and wonderful colleague - made working with him a pleasure.  We are deeply saddened by this loss; and offer our sincere condolences to his family.  Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.  from all of us at dys architecture.
