I remember Mary, a lovely, caring woman. She was the mother of my best friend, her son Richard, now gone, and of my friend, her daughter Brenda Lee, also now gone. I will never forget this incredibly loyal and interesting family. They are in my heart forever.

My condolences to Mary's children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. I am saddened by Mary’s passing. As a child, I first met Mary on Dundarave Beach in West Vancouver. She sat with my mother as we children played together. Her son Richard and I attended the same schools and became boyfriend and girlfriend and lifelong friends. Mary always had a kind word for everyone. She loved her family and was the centre of it. She always showed compassion and understanding to everyone she knew and will be missed by everyone who met or knew her.

Mary and I grew up in West Vancouver. She was a few years ahead of me. She and my sister were school friends.
After many years she and I met up again. We were mostly telephone friends. I knew not to call between 7 and 8 pm. You all know why.
It was such fun having someone to share all the old memories with. She remembered every coffee shop, ice cream shop, who was dating who. Best of all we laughed a lot.
I will miss those calls but I know she was becoming very tired.
Oh yes, I feel I know her beloved family as she talked about you all many many many times.

Mary was such an amazing woman. She always seemed to have a smile on her face, a laugh in her voice and love in her heart, She really loved her kids, grandkids and great grand kids. It really saddened me to hear of her passing but she has gone to a much better place a place of peace and rest and I'm sure she's mothering somebody up there. You will be missed Momma Mary R.I.P

Mary was a wonderful woman who was like a second Mother to me. I loved the way she made me feel special when I was growing up and how she took the time to call me and just say hello. She loved her children so much. Her daughter Brenda and I would go Christmas shopping with her and we would take our children with us. It was always so special to be with Mary! She made ever occasion special. 
You were so loved Mary. Fly high and rest. You deserve it.
