Susan was a wife and a mother to 4 children. Worked at KFC from approx. 1966 for many years and quickly became the manager in West Vancouver, than Lonsdale branch and Lynn Valley. She later worked for OB Allan Jewellery and Vancouver Airport. She retired approx. 1981
Her hobbies included all games: Bridge, Puzzles, Rummoli, Scrabble any card game she was in. Bingo, casinos and horse racing were always on her list of fun places to go, She was always so competitive and loved to win
Her favorite game was bowling which she had a room full of trophies from West Vancouver Bowling Lanes from the leagues she played in, she was there every week till she couldn’t play anymore due to a illness! I was so hard for her to give up the game as it was so part of her.
She loved baking cookies and treats and making appetizers for family and friends with lots of wine to share! She loved to have their neighbors and friends over often to share stories and laugh the night away. Oysters Rock was often served which everyone loved. She was always had a love of music and loved to dance, her favourites were the Jive and Swing dance.
She is survived by one sister Lillian Richards

Daughter: Sandy Whitfield ( Derrick) , Grandchildren Melissa( Marcus): Great Grandchildren: Kayla, Haley and Owen. Grandson: Christopher: Great grandchildren: Mariah, Koby and Bella
Daughter: Cheryl Gordon (Murray), Grandchildren: Roman (Melissa): Great grandchildren: Valeria, Lyric, and Theodor. Grandson Danny (Abby), Great grandchildren : Emma, Jordon.
Grandson: Bryan (Sunny)
Cliff worked at Honeywell in Winnipeg for 10 years, and than moved to Edmonton to work for Premier Mechanical. He moved to Keen Engineering in Vancouver, for 34 years he was the leader of the commercial design Dept.
He also became involved as a member of the chair for the Advisory Design Panel for C.N.V. 1986-1990
He completed 2- 3year terms appointment as the Chair of the Advisory Design Planning commission for C.N.V 1990-1996.
He was appointed to the board of Directors of the Lions Gate Hospital. Cliff was on the board and President of their Strata till 2020!
Cliffs hobbies were Cars and Planes! He flew in the Airforce and was a big part of the racing world at Keen Engineering.
Cliff is survived by his brother: Sid (Jeannette)
His son: Darcy (Gelmy), Granddaughter Kayla
His son Craig, Jazz (Tannis) Granddaughters: Jordon, Taelore and grandson Breydon.
Both Susan and Cliff are survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for both Susan and her husband Cliff will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505 Lillooet Road in North Vancouver, on Friday September 22nd at 1 p.m.
