Sue was a well known teacher’s aid from Carisebrooke School and spent many happy years holding hands with children at recess and teasing her well loved ‘beastly boys’!
Sue was born in Aston, Birmingham, England in 1923. Her lovely British ways and lively wit & humour brightened all who came in contact with her. Sue had a great love and romance with her dear husband, Rodge, who has been waiting four long years for her to join him – we are confident they are holding hands again. Sue will be missed so greatly by her children Simon, Stuart and Sarah Rodgers, as well as her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two remaining brothers in England, Philip and Victor. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 9th at 11:00 am at St. Agnes Anglican Church, 530 12th St E, North Vancouver.
