

COKER | Betty Jean Cook, age 75, of Coker, died June 8, 2014, at home. Private graveside services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Coker Cemetery. Greg Tucker officiated and Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Pate; mother, Floy Pate; and infant son, Ronald Kieth Marlow.
Survivors include her husband, James T. Cook of Coker; daughter, Diane White; sons, Mike Marlow and Tim Marlow; brother, Travis Pate; grandchildren, Chasidy White, Chad White, Krissi Miles, Matthew Pearson, Jennifer Marlow, Brian Marlow, and Jeremy Marlow; great-grandchildren, Turner White, Trey White, Heaven Wallace, Dustin Wallace, Remington Wallace and Elizabeth Marlow.
Betty Jean was retired from B.F. Goodrich.
Pallbearers will be Chad White, Brian Marlow, Jeremy Marlow, Dustin Wallace, Remington Wallace, Matthew Pearson, Turner White, and Trey White.
Honorary pallbearers are Missy Evans, Clara Cannon, Jewel Hedgepath, Ann Kelly, Patsy Etheridge, Margie Ball and members of Coker Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CPW at Coker Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
