Graveside services will be held at Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 11:00 am with Bro. Mike Griffin officiating. Visitation will be held in the church one hour prior to the service.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Leanard Williams; her parents; and many siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Williams; sister, Mary Smith, and many nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers are Cade Hill, Ken Olive, Russell Olive, Mike Ham, and Gene Oswalt. Honorary pallbearers are friends of Arbor Springs Baptist Church and staff of Enhabit Hospice.
