

Born on January 14, 1975, in Mansfield, Ohio, Caroline graduated in 1993 from St. Peter's Catholic High School in Mansfield, Ohio, and graduated in 1997 from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan, where she was an active member of Alpha Phi. She married Matthew Fleming in Mansfield, Ohio, on December 27, 1997.
Caroline is survived by her loving husband, Matthew; beautiful daughters, Catrina and Camilla Fleming; and her father, Edward Baran.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sannie Baran, and sister, Elaine Black.
Caroline has always had multiple pets and finally had her dream dog, Winston the Bedlington Terrier. She enjoyed being a rescuer and working with animals, most notably at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and the Warren County Animal Shelter. She also worked for her family's legal offices for multiple years.
Caroline founded the group ‘Six (I'm) Possible Things’, on the web forum Raverly, where she shared her love for weaving, knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidering, drawing, spinning yarn, dyeing yarn, felting, jewelry making, gardening, and book binding. She was heavily involved in numerous Ravelry groups, allowing her to become friends with individuals from the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Scotland, Wales, Finland, and Japan. She enriched her life and others through shared passions and crafts.
A Celebration of Life for Caroline will be announced at a later date. Her legacy of kindness, courage, and caring will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
