Cecil was a great co-worker who will be missed at PTC. I shall remember him coming into the office on crew change days and saying "good morning young ladies" and I would say "good morning old man" and we would have a good laugh. Take comfort in knowing that he was a good and decent man that will be remember as such. With deepest sympathy.
