SAMANTHA - Eddie Wayne Falls, age 69, of Samantha, Ala., passed away April 11, 2018 at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Sunset Chapel with Rev. Terry Joe Oswalt officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Elvria Smalley Falls; brothers, Charles E. Falls and William L. Falls.
Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Falls; son, Jason Falls (Emily); sisters, Jane Newton, Margaret Lunceford (Jimmy) and Brenda Campbell; brother, Tommy G. Falls; and grandchildren, Kaden Marshall Falls, Addison Falls and Macy Beth Falls.
Mr. Falls was retired from Tuscaloosa County Road and Bridge Dept. after 25 years. He enjoyed mechanic work, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed sitting outside watching nature. He was a dedicated father and poppy. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Campbell, Shane Campbell, Terry Lunceford, Reggie Lunceford, Keith Falls, Jeff West and Bruce McMurry.
