Flora J. Walker

Flora J. Walker, age 61, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died August 25, 2018 at Moundville Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Don Springer officiating and Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Phillip Walker and parents, J.D. and Ressie Parker.

Survivors include her daughter, Erica Layne Abbett (Josh); son, Phillip Lee Walker; and grandchildren, Skylar, Miles and Calvin.

Flora worked at Phifer, Inc. for 37 years. She was a hard worker, good friend to many, devoted wife, kind-hearted and very giving.
