George "Wick" Patton

Wick is survived by his sons, Kirk Hamner (Lyn), Mark Alan (Annette); daughter Lisa Marie Williams (Mike); sisters, Charlotte Patton, Jane Patton Curry (John), Judy Patton Barton, Kitty Patton Rainey (Ron) Margaret Patton Pearson (John); brother, Andy Patton (Martie); 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren; and special caregivers, Gail, Brenda, Nita and Marcy.

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Patsy) Bond Patton; parents Wilson Hamner and Edna Cline Patton; son, Donald Wilson (Don) Patton; brother-in-law, DD Barton.

He loved to play golf, cards, dominos, watch football and go fishing. He loved to gather with family and friends. He just loved people.

Pallbearers will be his Grandsons: Kyle Patton, Miller Patton, Wesley Patton, Nick Patton, Justin Patton and Boomer London.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wick’s memory to Hospice of West Alabama.
