BRYANT - Jason Wayne Nichols, loving husband and father, age 45, passed away at Parkridge Medical Center, Saturday, November 19, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Kathryn Rachels Nichols; daughter, Mary Kathryn Nichols; mother, Dianne Tillery of Northport, Ala., father, Kenneth Nichols of Robertsdale, Ala.; grandfather, Armour Freeman (Mildred) of Northport, Ala.; sister, Nichole Bailey ( Lance, Parker and Tanner); great uncle, Buford Freeman, ; greataunts, Gladys Wilson and Margie Payne, (Nancy); Michael Howell (Brendon, Preston),David Howell (Debbie, Crystal, Tim, April, Matt, Bailey, Sam, Star, April, Blade, Suede)Debbie Charles (Lennox, Jenny, Grace) Neva Howell, Patty Bomian (Gary, Sherria, Jake,Derek) Dave Howell (Linda, Dave, Dana, Gene). Special thanks to Dr. Gregory Sutton and Tennessee Oncology Staff; Dr. John Blake and staff, our Parkridge family including Four West Nurses , MICU and the respiratory team; Debbie Howell and Patty Bomian, for caregiving; Dianne Tillery, Armour Freeman and Kenneth Nichols for all their special attention. Funeral service and interment will be held at 11 a.m. CST Friday, November 25, 2016 at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery in Fayette, AL with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Provider directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-9 p.m. EST at Moore Funeral Home in Bryant, AL. Visitation will also be Wednesday 6-8 p.m. CST at Sunset Funeral Home in Tuscaloosa, AL.
