He certainly loved that baby granddaughter! The matriarch of his family and he will be missed way more than anyone can imagine! My heartfelt wishes to his family and friends.

   My brother loved all of you so much.  I will forever remember my brother for his service in the Seabees for this country.  But most of all I will always love him for the Warrior he was in the Lord's Army.  He was a true servant for the Lord.  Diane, I am thankful he found you.  Johnny was hard working and could grow some monster okra.  Always had a gentle spirit about him with that beaming kid smile from ear to ear. I can hear his witty words, "I am not gone, just changing addresses."  My brother was the best and he will always hold a place in my heart.  Lifting all of you in prayers.  May the Lord keep his hand of comfort wrapped around all of you during this journey. God Bless. With Love, His sister.


As a remote teacher at Huntington Place Elementary, I only knew Mr. Sellers through phone calls as he diligently helped his grandson with his school work this year.  He was so sweet and kind every time he called.  The other remote teachers and I loved his gentle manner and the way he'd say, "Thank you, little lady."  I know he will be  missed.

Your family is in my prayers.

He was such a sweet soul done a good job at the little Holy Bible Church loved to hear him preach .see you soon Brother.

Diane, Carman and Cindy, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss of Johnny. I have so many fond memories of Johnny at family gatherings and coming by Alabama Bolt to see him when I got off work. He was always the same, kind, caring and a big ole smile.He gave Dwight his first job and really took care of him. I know it will it  be hard, but thru Gods Grace and love  we can have peace and comfort , knowing we will see Brother Johnny again . I hate I won’t be there for his service, but I will be thinking and praying for all. Johnny was a great friend and brother n law. God bless you all. Love Larry

I only met Johnny once, but I could tell then that he was a man of kindness for all and he loved his family.  I have grown to know him better through Larry, over the past 16 years.  Larry thought so much of him and shared his memories with me. Praise God for your memories, always keep them close.  May God bless you as you face each day, month and year ahead.
