BUHL – Kenneth Dewayne Kelly, age 54, of Buhl, Ala., died April 20, 2016, at UAB. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Pate Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Kelly.
Survivors include his daughter, Krissy Banks; sons, Allen Kelly, Michael Kelly and Jimmy McDill; brother, Anthony Kelly; parents, Judy and Dothion Kelly; and grandchildren, Alleigh Kelly, Kelleigh Grace, Presley Kelly, Bryan McDill and Cheyenne McDill.
Ken enjoyed the outdoors which included gardening, fishing and yard work. He enjoyed his family, painting, carpentry and just staying busy.
Ken was a great and wonderful son and an excellent dad. No words could explain the memory for Kenneth D. Kelly.
Pallbearers will be his sons, Allen Kelly and Jimmy McDill; uncles, George Baker, Clayton Packer and Harold Jacobs; and nephew, Jamie Chandler.
Honorary pallbearers are George Ann Baker, Eunice Charlie Foster, UAB staff, Buhl Church of God and Brother David Kelly.
