Lynn’s greatest calling was her faith. A devoted Methodist, she faithfully served God and her church throughout her life. She was a certified lay speaker within the Methodist Church and spent many years teaching young children’s Sunday School. Whether leading, teaching, volunteering, or simply encouraging others, Lynn embraced every opportunity to serve. Her unwavering faith and love for the Lord were evident in every aspect of her life.
Above all, Lynn treasured her family. She is survived by her loving husband, Don Odum; her sons, Matthew Odum and his wife, Brandie, and Kris Odum; her beloved grandchildren, Mary Morgan Odum and Brantley Odum; and many extended family members and dear friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and faith.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Dorthy Channell Harrald, and her cherished daughter, Christi Woods Barger.
Lynn will be remembered for her compassionate heart, steadfast faith, generous spirit, and the love she shared so freely with others. Her life was a testament to God’s grace and to a life well lived in service to others. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is at peace in the presence of her Savior.
